Ahmed Tarik
co-CEO & Partner of TIC, Ahmed is a Mechanical Engineer with a Diploma in International Relations and a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering. With nearly 20 years of experience in the local and international market in FMCG’s, development, environmental consultancy and construction sectors, he leads with a passion for perfection and believes that leaders lead by example in order to build healthy & successful work environments. He is steadfast in his commitment to continuously facilitating & developing tools and processes best fit for the ever changing times in order for the TIC team to continue to develop each their own personal skills and be able to meet the highest ethical and professional standards in the market. While overseeing all business aspects, Ahmed is mostly involved in Operations, Budgeting and Finance.
Ossama el-Helaly
Founder & co-CEO of TIC, Ossama is a civil engineer with B.SC. from Ain Shams University 2004, he comes from the hospitality background where his family have been developing resorts by the red sea since the early 90s in addition to a chain of successful restaurants & cafes. At a very young age back in his school years he was always excited about trade & business and this developed into successful small businesses after his graduation including fashion , F&B, tourism services, construction... Later in 2014, he founded TIC due to his recognition to a lack in the market to a different type of construction companies with an awareness of what is going on in the world as well as the growing demand and awareness of the local market due to the unprecedented exposure with a love for arts and architecture and experienced technical abilities he went his way with his endeavor a very ambitious individual, realistically so as the success and growth he had with his partner and the company are an actual testimony that with direction and persistence a lot can be achieved.
